分板機(jī)通常是指baiPCB分板機(jī)，也就是線du路板分板機(jī)zhi。分板機(jī)被dao廣泛應(yīng)用于電子產(chǎn)品制造業(yè)回。由于傳統(tǒng)的人答工折板方式會(huì)有很強(qiáng)的應(yīng)力產(chǎn)生，對(duì)產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)造成嚴(yán)重影響，所以人工折板已基本上被機(jī)器分板所取代。 分板機(jī)可分以下幾種：

4、激光分板機(jī) 優(yōu)點(diǎn)：同時(shí)具備銑刀式分板機(jī)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，并可對(duì)PCB板進(jìn)行微分切，無(wú)應(yīng)力。 缺點(diǎn)：機(jī)器價(jià)格昂貴。

5、鍘刀式分板機(jī) 優(yōu)點(diǎn)：純氣動(dòng)(工廠常用氣壓即可),體積小巧(桌面式),出力大,可切任意寬度厚度的鋁基板,性?xún)r(jià)比高.
