分板機(jī)的特點
分板機(jī)一般分為有V槽分板機(jī)和無V槽分板()
一,V槽分板機(jī)常見的是走刀式分板機(jī),特點如下:
1、切板過程中PCB不動，圓刀滑移，確?；咫娮釉灰蛞苿佣鴵p壞
2、圓刀滑移速度可調(diào)節(jié)
3、因應(yīng)V槽深深淺及刀具損耗，上圓刀與下直刀之間的距離可準(zhǔn)確調(diào)整

5、將切板時所產(chǎn)生的內(nèi)應(yīng)力降至最低而避免錫裂
6、分切速度透過旋鈕控制，分板行程可自由設(shè)定并有LCD顯示
